bablotinvestments • June 21, 2019

Did you know that Bablot Investments offers a tool that gives you quick access to a variety of tasks?  The tenant portal through the Appfolio app or the Bablot Investments website is your best resource to reach the company and request services. Here are a few ways you can use it to save time and receive expedited service:

  • Pay your rent

You can set up your rent payments as a one-time only payment or as a recurring monthly payment.

  • Request Maintenance Services

Whether you have a leaky pipe, a fence that needs repair or your garage door isn’t operating smoothly, a service request through the portal goes directly to the maintenance team for quicker service.

  • View your records

Your portal provides access to all of your important files, including your lease, move-in condition report, maintenance records, renter’s insurance policy and much more.

The Appfolio App can be found in both the Android and Apple app store

WeTip was created as a safe place for the community to anonymously report crime and aid law enforcement.  WeTip ensures absolute anonymity to people in need of assistance but would prefer to not identify themselves.  All too often people are confused about what should be reported to the police.  Some common examples of suspicious activities that should be reported would include: • A stranger loitering in your neighborhood • A vehicle cruising the streets repeatedly • Someone peering into cars or windows • Domestic Argument that sounds violent or close to violence • Illegal Drug Use • Signs of forced entry or tampering with security or safety systems. Crime prevention cannot be achieved by the police alone.  The community must work together with law enforcement to keep the neighborhood, our families and children safe.  If you see suspicious activity and require emergency assistance do not hesitate to call 911.  If the situation is not considered an emergency you can submit an anonymous tip by phone 800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477) or you can go online to https://wetip.com/submit-anonymous-tip-2/ REMEMBER: Community members are only to serve as the extra “eyes and ears” of law enforcement.  Simply report the observation of suspicious activities and allow trained law enforcement to confront any suspicious activities. We also included additional hotline numbers that could be of use for you or your neighbors: Abandoned Vehicles 800-ABANDON (222-6366) Graffiti Problems (City of L.A. 3-1-1) Suicide Hotline 877-727-4747 Runaway Hotline 800-551-1300 Battered Women Hotline 310-392-8381 Rape Hotline 626-793-3385 Child Abuse 800-540-4000

If you plan on celebrating with fireworks this Fourth of July, even the so-called ‘safe and sane’ variety, its good to know that all fireworks are considered illegal in Greater Los Angeles and Palm Spring areas . Those who use, possess or transport any type of firework may be subject to criminal prosecution and heavy fines. Luckily your city offers a plethora of ways for the whole family to celebrate our nation’s Independence Day. Many of the celebrations are free to the community and offer a full day of festivities, music, and delicious food. We listed a selection of Fourth of July events that are free to the public and available in your area:
